Weather & Operational Policy
Urban Defense Academy operates firearms training rain or shine, heat or cold.
We train for real-world scenarios, and that means maintaining proficiency in all types of weather. Please be prepared and dress appropriately for the conditions, as your session will proceed.
We will only reschedule a session if conditions meet our necessary safety thresholds, specifically:
- Active lightning within the immediate area.
- Road closure conditions that prevent safe travel to the facility.
- Severe weather warnings that pose an imminent threat to life or property.
Such safety cancellations are exceptionally rare. If a class must be postponed, you will be notified immediately via email and text and provided with options for rescheduling.
